We
design, manufacture, test, certify and mark equipment according to
directive 97/23/CE "PED" with approved certifying bodies, with
calculation code EN 13445 - VSR Ed.95 - Ad-2000 Merkblatt and ASME VIII.
We check calculations with code VSR Ed.95, AD-2000 Merkblatt and ASME
VIII Div.I.
We
manufacture heat exchangers according to ASME VIII Div. I and TEMA Code
and pressure drums according to A.D.R..
We
perform calculations to test the pressure stability of every part of the
equipment, localized loads, wind and earthquake supports, resistance and
fatigue according to national or international specifications.
We
dispose of UDT certification for pressure equipment installed in Poland.
All
the pieces of equipment we manufacture are welded according to specific
welding processes in compliance with EN 15614 and ASME IX norms and
welders are qualified according to UNI EN 287 and ASME IX norms with
supervision of certified bodies recognised by European directive
97/23/CE "PED".
The
welding methods employed in our factory are the following:
·
Shielded metal-arc welding (SMAW-111)
·
Flux-cored wire metal-arc welding (FCAW - 136)
·
Metal-arc gas welding MAG (GMAW-135)
·
Tungsten
inert gas welding (TIG–141)
·
Submerged arc welding with wire electrode (SAWWE - 121)
Inspections, test and non-destructive tests according to design and
construction codes are carried out, during manufacture, by qualified
technicians according to UNI EN 473 and ASNT-TC-1A.
The
non-destructive tests performed in our factory are the following:
-
X-Ray test – RT
-
Visual test – VT
-
Magnetic particle test – MT
-
Liquid penetrant test - PT
-
Thickness measurement by
ultrasonic device - UT
-
Hydraulic test according to
proper procedures
Our quality management system fulfils the
requirements of the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2008
